Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

Juan Carlos Rentería García, a natural person domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, doing business as Intelligent Prices, is the data controller for personal data collected through the PSM by Intelligent Prices web application (the "App"), available at https://psm.intelligentprices.com.

2. Two different roles

• As controller: for the data of people who create an account and use the App (users).
• As processor: for the data of respondents who answer users' surveys. In that case, the controller is the user who created the survey, and the App processes the data only on that user's behalf and instructions.

3. Data we collect

• Account data: name and email address.
• Usage and technical data: access logs, IP address, browser type and in-app activity, needed for operation and security.
• Survey content: product or service description, images and settings.
• Respondent answers: stated prices, purchase intention and, only if the user enables those blocks and the respondent consents, contact and demographic data.
• Payment data: processed directly by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. We do not store or access your full card details; we only receive transaction confirmation and the buyer's email.

4. Purposes

1. Creating and managing your account and enabling sign-in.
2. Providing the service: storing surveys, collecting responses, calculating results and generating reports.
3. Managing purchases, entitlements, refunds and the delivery of expert reviews.
4. Sending operational communications about the service.
5. Sending marketing communications about Intelligent Prices products, only if you separately consent.
6. Keeping the App secure and improving it through aggregated analytics.

5. Legal framework

Processing is governed by Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (incorporated into Decree 1074 of 2015), which require your prior, express and informed consent.

6. Your rights

You may know, update and correct your data; request proof of your consent; be informed about how your data is used; file complaints with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC); withdraw consent or request deletion where no legal or contractual retention duty applies; and access your data free of charge.

7. How to exercise your rights

Email soporte@psm.intelligentprices.com with your name, email and request. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, extendable as provided by law. If you are a respondent, you may contact the user who created the survey or write to us so we can forward your request.

8. Third parties we share data with

We do not sell personal data.

9. International transfers

Some providers store or process data outside Colombia. We only work with providers that offer adequate data protection and confidentiality safeguards.

10. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active or until you request deletion. Surveys and their responses are kept for the validity of the plan or service purchased and, afterwards, in read-only mode until you request deletion. Payment records are kept for the periods required by law.

11. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encryption in transit, role-based access control and passwordless sign-in with verification codes, to protect data against unauthorized access.

12. Cookies

The App uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep your session and language preferences. It also uses Google Analytics cookies to measure App usage in aggregate. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the App works.

13. Minors

The App is intended for adults (18+). Users must not collect data from minors through their surveys.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified in the App.
